Il Ministero della salute ha reso noto l’elenco degli esperti che prenderanno parte all’Osservatorio “per il contrasto della diffusione del gioco d’azzardo e il fenomeno della dipendenza grave” che avrà come compito quello di monitorare lo sviluppo del fenomeno e valutare l’efficacia delle politiche di contrasto. Tra le nomine dirette del Ministro Lorenzin, in qualità di “esperto di comprovata esperienza nel settore della dipendenza”, vi è quella dell’Avv. Marco Polizzi, Presidente di Primoconsumo, associazione da diversi anni impegnata nella lotta contro le dipendenze da gioco e nella tutela del cittadino.
La campagna #GameOver lanciata da Primoconsumo su Change.Org ha raggiunto un traguardo importante: abbiamo superato i duecento sostenitori.
Mai come in questo momento, però, si avverte l’urgenza di raggiungere quanto prima le cinquecento firme necessarie per l’istituzione della Giornata nazionale di informazione e formazione sul gioco d’azzardo patologico.
Grazie al raggiungimento di tale obiettivo, infatti, sarà possibile coinvolgere le organizzazioni e le istituzioni che animano l’Osservatorio affinché si apprestino a dar voce alla volontà popolare, promuovendo per il prossimo 13 Settembre, fuori dal Palazzo, una giornata nazionale dedicata al gioco d’azzardo.
Siamo certi che questa piaga che affligge sempre più la nostra società possa essere sconfitta attraverso sia una mirata campagna di informazione e sensibilizzazione dell’opinione pubblica, sia mediante iniziative volte alla prevenzione e alla cura e che, per tutto ciò, l’istituzione della Giornata nazionale di informazione e formazione sul gioco d’azzardo patologico rappresenti un necessario punto di partenza.
Quindi, aiutateci a diffondere la campagna #GameOver e a raggiungere i cinquecento sostenitori.
