Come si controlla?
Per capire se i calcoli sono sbagliati, è necessario constatare sull’avviso di pagamento il dettaglio delle somme e dei dati indicati relativi alle unità immobiliari per cui è richiesto il pagamento, in particolare la quota fissa e variabile distinta per ogni unità immobiliare.
L’importo da versare si ottiene sommando tutte le quote fisse (rispettivamente di casa, garage e cantina) e aggiungendo una volta, e solo una, l’importo della quota variabile.
Se è presente la quota variabile per le pertinenze e non solo per l’abitazione si ha diritto al rimborso.
Come chiedere il rimborso?
Se hai pagato tariffe maggiorate non dovute puoi fare richiesta di rimborso al Comune con formale istanza o ricorrere in Commissione Tributaria.
Potresti avere diritto al rimborso anche della metà della tariffa versata oltre gli interessi legali.
