PRIMOCONSUMO CONTRO VENETO BANCA SI COSTITUIRA’ PARTE CIVILE. OGGI UDIENZA PRELIMINARE AL TRIBUNALE DI ROMA.
L’Associazione Primoconsumo facendo seguito alle richieste ed alle sollecitazioni degli associati si costituirà parte civile, con l’Avv. Giuseppina Massaiu, come Associazione per dare voce al diritto dei consumatori-risparmiatori traditi con lo scopo istituzionale della tutela del diritto alla trasparenza ed alla correttezza delle operazioni bancarie e delle informazioni.
Già prima ancora dell’ispezione BCE, l’Avv. Marco Polizzi, Presidente di Primoconsumo aveva segnalato anomalie procedurali da parte di Banca Popolare di Vicenza alle istituzioni comprese Prefettura ed ABF ed il Dipartimento Servizi Finanziari dell’Associazione con l’Avv. Ersilia Urbano aveva espresso perplessità.
Veneto Banca e Banca Popolare di Vicenza sono un orrore ed un disastro per migliaia di famiglie consumatori e piccoli risparmiatori che si poteva e doveva evitare in un paese civile.
Stiamo parlando di migliaia di persone.
E’ per questo che è necessario costituirsi parte civile in questo processo come Associazione di Cittadini e Consumatori perché il risparmio tradito non riguarda solo le migliaia di risparmiatori truffati ma tutti noi.
Riteniamo inoltre che il disastro, forse, poteva essere evitato se si fossero attuati tutti gli strumenti a disposizione delle Autorità.
A queste responsabilità si aggiungono le responsabilità personali di chi ha mal gestito, ammesso e non concesso che si tratti di persone diverse e di responsabilità diverse in un sistema che lascia serie perplessità.
Basti considerare gli incarichi professionali in Veneto Banca oggi in liquidazione coatta amministrativa per decreto governativo.
Aspettiamo giustizia da questo processo ed oggi chiederemo di essere ammessi alla costituzione di parte civile con l’Avv. Giuseppina Massaiu per dimostrare che è stata determinata artatamente un’alterazione del prezzo delle azioni della banca che ha inciso in modo significativo sull’affidamento che i risparmiatori riponevano nella stabilità patrimoniale dell’Istituto con la conseguenza che essi hanno diritto al risarcimento dei danni patrimoniali e non.
La gente, le persone, i risparmiatori si sentono traditi da tutti Banche, Istituti di vigilanza e Stato ed hanno ragione.
