- che lo Stato sul diritto alla pensione discrimina il cittadino dipendente, rispetto al cittadino libero professionista iscritto obbligatoriamente alle Casse privatizzate (D.Lgs 509/94) ?
- che per il cittadino dipendente lo Stato ne è garante e gestisce direttamente la sua pensione?
- che, invece, per il cittadino iscritto obbligatoriamente alle Casse di previdenza, lo Stato la gestione della sua pensione la da in appalto a 20 consigli di amministrazione, le cui poltrone, solo per gli amministratori costano (dati 2011) ben 33.500.000? Difficilmente calcolabili i costi per il mantenimento delle strutture di 20 casse (personale, strutture, ecc.) ?
- che questi costi gravano esclusivamente sulle pensioni di 1.620.000 cittadini? che lo stato si preoccupa di affidare le pensioni dei 25,7milioni di cittadini ad un professionista scelto in base ad un curriculum professionale specifico?
- che, invece le pensioni dei liberi professioni sono affidate ad amministratori ai quali non sono richieste specifiche competenze che invece giustamente sono pretese per i fondi pensionistici volontari?
- che per i revisori dei conti delle Casse che amministrano milioni di euro, non è prevista l’iscrizione allo specifico Albo?
- che chi amministra le pensioni dei lavoratori dipendenti ha le responsabilità di chi esercita una funzione amministrativa con le conseguenze civili e penali che competono?
- invece che chi amministra le pensioni del professionista iscritto alle casse ha le responsabilità di chi amministra una società privata e che quindi i suoi errori e/o abusi hanno per lui limitatissime conseguenze.
- che l’ente, (l’INPS) , che amministra le pensioni dei lavoratori dipendenti risponde alle regole della pubblica amministrazione? (tetto delle remunerazioni, assunzione del personale, pianta organica ecc.)
- che tutto questo non è presente nelle Casse privatizzate?
- che il direttore generale dell’INPS che gestisce le pensioni di 25,7 milioni di cittadini ha una remunerazione il cui tetto è di 240 mila euro secondo le regole del pubblico impiego?
- che per gestire le pensioni di un milione e 620 mila liberi professionisti, vi sono 20 direttori generali i cui compensi non hanno alcun tetto ? (Il Direttore generale Enpam ha percepito nel 2020 371 mila euro)
- che, per le Casse del D.Lgs 509/94 non vi è alcuna norma che regoli sia il numero e la durata dei mandati, sia il numero delle poltrone nei consigli di amministrazione, sia il tetto alle remunerazione degli amministratori?
- quante risorse vengono sottratte al patrimonio destinato alle pensioni a causa delle numerose truffe subite dalle casse, alla mala gestio, ed agli ingiustificati emolumenti degli amministratori?
- Il Politico al Governo sa spiegare quale interesse abbia a mantenere questo status quo?
