Il Campidoglio lo scorso aprile ha registrato l’atto di nascita di una bambina nata in Canada da due genitori dello stesso sesso. L’anagrafe ha trascritto il documento di nascita rifacendosi alle indicazioni della Cassazione .

La Procura di Roma avrebbe presentato ricorso contro il Campidoglio.

L’Associazione PRIMOCONSUMO, con l’avv. Marco Polizzi e l’avv. Ersilia Urbano, ha depositato oggi al Tribunale di Roma istanza di visibilità del fascicolo ai fini dell’intervento dell’Associazione nella procedura, per sostenere sia il Campidoglio che le parti nel rispetto dei diritti civili fondamentali e dell’ordine pubblico internazionale.

La Prima Sezione del Tribunale Civile di Roma è una sezione illuminata in materia di famiglia e persone e si confida in un esito della procedura che riporti al centro il preminente interesse dei bambini.

Il bambino nato all’estero ha un diritto fondamentale alla conservazione dello status legittimamente acquisito.

In quest’ottica PRIMOCONSUMO ha chiesto anche all’Autorità garante per l’infanzia e l’adolescenza, nelle persone della dott.ssa F. Albano e dell’avv. J. Marzetti, di sostenere con ogni mezzo ed in tutte le sedi i bambini delle coppie omossessuali e di avviare le iniziative che riterranno opportune per assicurare la tutela di questi bambini.
