L’Associazione Primoconsumo  si è costituita  parte civile nel processo promosso a carico di Manlio Cerroni “re della nettezza urbana”  più altre persone imputate a vario titolo di reati ambientali.

La Seconda Sezione, del Tribunale Penale di Roma, in composizione collegiale , ha ammesso la richiesta di costituzione di parte civile dell’Associazione  Primoconsumo rappresentata dall’Avv. Giuseppina Massaiu.

L’Avv. Massaiu, dichiara : “ il Collegio ha accolto la nostra tesi  e ha rigettato le opposizioni sollevate delle difese degli imputati  rilevando, invece, la legittimità formale e sostanziale dell’ atto di costituzione.”

Anche l’avv. Polizzi, presidente dell’associazione dei consumatori, si dice soddisfatto del risultato raggiunto. Ha evidenziato come i Giudici abbiano garantito che un’associazione priva di sigle e che rappresenta solo i cittadini ed il loro interesse alla tutela ambientale, faccia parte di un così importante processo.
