In attesa di conoscere quali saranno le reali determinazioni della compagnia aerea,  se verranno ripristinati i voli oppure se e in che modo verrà affrontato il problema del risarcimento,  l’Associazione Primoconsumo presenterà un esposto alla Procura della Repubblica al fine di verificare se, il comportamento della compagnia integra delle ipotesi di reato e lancia una class action per la tutela dei diritti dei passeggeri..

 

“La decisione di Ryanair di tagliare circa 2000 voli fino alla fine del mese di ottobre avrà ripercussioni per migliaia di viaggiatori italiani, i quali hanno pieno diritto a ricevere rimborsi e risarcimenti anche nel caso in cui i biglietti siano stati acquistati online o tramite agenzie di viaggio sul web. Dopo gli ultimi accadimenti la compagnia aera irlandese non sembra la più adatta a rilevare Alitalia” spiega l’Avv. Marco Polizzi, Presidente di Primo Consumo,  evidenziando come l’Associazione abbia messo in campo tutte le proprie forze per la tutela dei danneggiati che se lo vorranno potranno aderire ad una class action contro Ryanair.

“Tale situazione di disagio non può ricadere sui passeggeri, come invece sta accadendo, continua infatti l’avv. Polizzi, Primo Consumo mette fin d’ora a disposizione di tutti i cittadini- utenti ,nostri associati o meno, il proprio staff di legali, per predisporre al meglio tutti gli strumenti, da attivare sia in sede civile che penale, per chiedere ed ottenere i rimborsi e risarcimenti legittimamente maturati a seguito del verificarsi di questa situazione di fortissimo disagio. Al via esposti e class action.”
