PrimoConsumo vede con estremo favore la decisione di creare un fondo per garantire un risarcimento per gli azionisti truffati. E’ sicuramente un dato importante e tuttavia, prima di esultare occorre aspettare le linee guida attuative del Decreto per comprenderne nel dettaglio l’operatività.
Riteniamo, infatti che ancora troppi siano i punti critici, in particolare, sembrerebbe che le risorse del costituendo fondo siano insufficienti per dare adeguate risposte ai risparmiatori truffati.

Del resto non potrebbe che essere questa la linea direttrice se si considera che molti azionisti erano e sono degli imprenditori che sviluppano la loro attività nel territorio e che, quindi, hanno risentito delle difficoltà legate ad una improvvisa impossibilità di utilizzare la liquidità che il cambio delle azioni poteva garantire.
