BANCHE E GIOCO D’AZZARDO

 Banche e gioco d’azzardo, oppure banche che giocano d’azzardo? O l’azzardo delle banche nel giocare con le nostre vite? O il gioco d’azzardo che gioca in banca? Sembrano bisticci di parole, ma tutte mi suonano bene. Come mai?

Ho quasi l’impressione che queste due realtà, banche e gioco d’azzardo, apparentemente così diverse e lontane per come le viviamo noi, per come si propongono loro, per chi le gestisce e chi le frequenta, in realtà abbiano qualcosa che le accomuna. Un minimo comune denominatore …

Ecco cos’è: è la raccolta e gestione di denaro. Mi verrebbe anche da definire il colore od il grado di pulizia di questo denaro, ma sorvolo.

Sapete che in una medio-piccola provincia italiana sono presenti più di 5000 videopoker? Per parlare solo del numero presente nei bar! Se aggiungessi anche quelli installati nei vari casinò di videolottery il quantitativo salirebbe esponenzialmente. Poniamo quindi un dato statistico in mio possesso che parla solo delle macchinette presenti nei bar. Mediamente (ma sono sicuro che si tratta di una stima per difetto) ognuna di queste macchinette videopoker genera un guadagno di 100 euro per il proprietario della sanguisuga elettronica. Ogni santo giorno! Cento euro per cinquemila installazioni equivale a 500.000,00 euro al giorno, e questo per una piccola-media provincia del nostro Paese. Ripeto: cinquecentomila euro Ogni Santo Giorno in monete di metallo da circa 7,5 g cadauna. Sapete quanto pesano materialmente cinquecentomila monete da 1 euro? 3,75 tonnellate! Si, quasi quattro tonnellate di una lega di rame, nickel, ottone tutti i giorni dell’anno. Udite udite, in una provincia media italiana si muovono quattro tonnellate di metallo coniate a sembianze di monete in euro. Accidenti, e sono proprio euro!

Ma, mi domando: se ogni giorno raccolgo quattro tonnellate di monete, poi dove le porto? Dove è che le posso custodire? Dove mi conviene depositarle? Capito bene?!? Immaginate un luogo adatto, il più adatto?!? Idea, ecco la soluzione: la banca è il luogo perfetto dove convertire queste tonnellate di monetine in un conto corrente virtuale a tanti zeri. Immaginate se il funzionario bancario di turno, che riceve così tanto denaro in ferro (perché come è noto, il “frutto” del “lavoro” di queste cinquemila piranha “mangiasoldi” sono di proprietà di una unica società), chiede la ricevuta di come si sono procurati tanti contanti, figuratevi!!! Ritorno ad una vecchia metafora di un articolo che ho scritto di recente “se ci presentiamo noi allo sportello bancario con più di mille euro chiamano le Forze dell’Ordine”. Costoro scaricano un rimorchio di monetine da un euro e nulla accade, normale routine di cassa. Beh, lasciamo perdere l’idea da cartoons dei badili alla Paperon de’ Paperoni che spalano tanto contante, ecco così svelati una parte dei bisticci lessicali iniziali. Perché si sa che la maggior parte di queste macchinette “lascive” da videopoker sono illegali. E quand’anche non lo fossero arriva lo Stato italiano a lucrarci sopra, un po’ come per le sigarette. C’è scritto sui pacchetti che “il fumo ti uccide” ma intanto loro, quelli del Monopolio, s’intascano una cospicua fetta del prezzo di vendita. La coscienza collettiva è salva, ma si alimenta l’apparato burocratico statale. Il gioco di parole nelle prime righe, però, è spiegato solo in parte, perché le banche sono una società che si occupa d’azzardo. Azzardano quando speculano sui mercati mondiali, quando “derivano”, comprano, negoziano, vendono materie prime, prodotti energetici, e ultimamente fanno concorrenza anche ai supermercati vendendo telefonini e presto pure le aspirinette per la pressione. Azzardano, scommettendo soldi non loro quando prevedono un ribasso oppure un rialzo di questa o quella moneta, di questa o quella Borsa Valori. Ma soprattutto azzardano sulle nostre attività e di conseguenza sulle vite dei nostri figli. Decidono chi sostenere, favorire, mantenere in vita o condannare a morte senza neanche una degna sepoltura, sotterrandoli e basta!

Per questo motivo da anni mi sono armato di tutto punto per “combattere” con la denuncia verbale, carta, penna e calamaio queste malefatte del sistema bancario. Ho sognato, progettato, fortemente voluto e fatto rinascere a nuova vita “Interessicomuni” che, come avrete certamente letto qualche giorno fa nell’editoriale del Direttore dell’Avanti on line Mauro Del Bue, sta prendendo forma come associazione per contrastare più incisivamente le azioni “malvagie” di un certo modo d’intendere l’attuale sistema bancario italiano. Unitamente alla pratica malavitosa del gioco d’azzardo. Che, come ho cercato di spiegarvi in quest’articolo, va osservata ed analizzata nelle due realtà che hanno molti, troppi, punti di contatto. Un gruppo di parlamentari, legislatori, professionisti appartenenti al mondo delle Fondazioni, diplomatici, psicologi e giornalisti con un grande senso civile e direi “socialista”, spinti da un forte desiderio di giustizia sociale nei confronti dei soprusi bancari e dell’avidità senza scrupoli morali di chi campa su queste “micidiali” scatole mangiasoldi dei videopoker. Un’accoppiata ben assortita, banche e videopoker, come se l’una non potesse fare a meno dell’altra. Le banche affamano imprese e cittadini. Costoro, sempre più in crisi, non sapendo a quale Santo affidarsi si cimentano con ogni sorta di gioco portafortuna per cercare un’illusoria speranza di buona sorte. A supporto delle mie parole è dimostrato statisticamente che durante i periodi di disagio economico ci sono i maggiori picchi di giocate alle lotterie nazionali. I più audaci, invece, affrontano le “malefiche” macchinette sperando in un colpo di fortuna che gli risolva il problema del pane quotidiano. Invece, il pane quotidiano lo “infilano” nella stretta fessura del portamonete dei mefistofelici videopoker, sempre più spesso. In barba al “pudore” di farsi trovare dalle persone che ti conoscono attaccati ai videopoker che si impadroniscono della tua anima, come e peggio della droga. Diventando, così, tossicodipendenti e ludopatici. Schiavi del gioco d’azzardo perchè spinti da un sistema bancario che ci ha affossato nelle sabbie mobili, mentre loro, i banchieri, sono sempre di più “arrapati” a giocare, invece, all’ insider trading. Banche, crisi economica, povertà, gioco d’azzardo, un circolo vizioso da spirale infernale di dantesca letteratura. Una realtà, purtroppo, sempre più frequente che ci sta portando al dissesto economico e morale, ma ancora di più all’impoverimento sociale e culturale. Un’Italia che non riconosco più perché priva di una eredità rinascimentale.
