PRIMOCONSUMO INCONTRA LA SEGRETERIA POLITICA DEL SINDACO IGNAZIO MARINO

Su richiesta dell’Associazione Primoconsumo e di Centogiovani le Associazioni si confrontano con il Sindaco IGNAZIO MARINO.

L’Associazione Primoconsumo con il Presidente Marco Polizzi e la responsabile del Dipartimento Energia, Territorio, Antitrust , Avv. Mikaela Hillerstrom hanno partecipato all’incontro , insieme ad altre associazioni del  Comitato Regionale Utenti e Consumatori  del Lazio, tenutosi  lo scorso 29 luglio nella sala Arazzo del Palazzo Senatorio del Campidoglio, con Enzo Foschi – capo della segreteria politica del Sindaco Ignazio Marino – ed il Dott. Roberto Tricarico – capo Ufficio Relazioni con il Cittadino.

Durante l’incontro colloquiale e aperto è stato presentato un ventaglio di proposte racchiuse nei seguenti punti:

1.       Individuazione di un referente istituzionale (Sindaco, Assessore) peri rapporti con  le associazioni.

2.       Istituzione di un  consulta (commissione, tavolo di confronto, ecc.) nella quale vengano  discusse le proposte delle associazioni.

3.       Predisposizione e approvazione delle Carte dei Servizi che prevedano la partecipazione delle associazioni di consumatori (legge n.244/2007, art. 2, comma 461) secondo le seguenti disposizioni:

a)previsione dell’obbligo per il soggetto gestore di emanare  una “Carta della qualita’ dei servizi”,  da redigere  e  pubblicizzare  in  conformita’ ad intese con le associazioni di tutela dei consumatori e con le associazioni imprenditoriali interessate……

b) consultazione obbligatoria delle associazioni dei consumatori;

c)  previsione  che  sia   periodicamente   verificata,   con   la partecipazione delle associazioni dei consumatori, l’adeguatezza  dei parametri quantitativi e qualitativi del servizio erogato fissati nel contratto di servizio  alle  esigenze  dell’utenza ……..

d)  previsione  di  un  sistema  di  monitoraggio  permanente  del  rispetto dei parametri fissati nel contratto di servizio e di  quanto stabilito nelle Carte della qualita’ dei  servizi, …..

e)   istituzione  di  una  sessione   annuale   di   verifica   del  funzionamento dei servizi tra ente locale,  gestori  dei  servizi  ed associazioni dei consumatori…

f)   previsione che le attivita’ di cui alle lettere  b),  c)  e  d) siano finanziate con un prelievo a carico dei  soggetti  gestori  del servizio, predeterminato  nel  contratto  di  servizio  per  l’intera durata del contratto stesso.
