Marco Polizzi, presidente dell’associazione Primoconsumo. “Questo paese ha già legalizzato il gioco d’azzardo in continuità bipartisan fra centrosinistra e centrodestra, dimostrando con dati che il gioco d’azzardo gode di un maggior controllo con le regole dello Stato ed anche le distorsioni possono essere corrette a beneficio dei consumatori che maggiormente hanno bisogno di tutele, non di divieti assurdi”.“Il mestiere più antico della storia incute ancora paura e si preferisce lasciarlo nelle mani delle organizzazioni malavitose nascondendosi dietro alla cecità di una realtà da sempre alla luce del sole, e non solo dei falò”, spiega ancora Polizzi, lasciando realtà come droga e prostituzione nell’illegalità si contribuisce ad incrementare le casse della criminalità organizzata, favorendone, paradossalmente, la dipendenza e la schiavitù”.
Il presidente di Primoconsumo sottolinea come la legalizzazione del settore “limiterebbe anche il lavoro da parte delle forze di polizia e della magistratura che potrebbero concentrarsi con maggiore efficacia nel contrasto allo sfruttamento della prostituzione minorile ed altre tipologie di crimine. Inoltre, con la regolamentazione, oltre a dover pagare le tasse, si potrebbe contare sul diritto all’assistenza sanitaria e previdenziale”.
Lavorare per rendere l’Italia un paese europeo degno di un occidente avanzato pare proprio interessi a pochi, l’ennesimo esempio di ipocrisia imperante lo offriva nel 2010 l’allora ministro delle Pari opportunità, Mara Carfagna, la quale, in risposta all’emendamento alla finanziaria per legalizzare e tassare la prostituzione proposto dal senatore pidiellino, Lucio Malan, non trovò di meglio che dichiarare: “lo Stato non può sostituirsi allo sfruttatore e lucrare sui loschi traffici delle organizzazioni criminali”.
Credere che le prostitute sarebbero le prime a voler pagare le tasse, e quindi usufruire di contributi e prestazioni sanitarie, non dovrebbe apparire così utopistico ai governanti, falsi perbenisti. Invece secondo le illuminate parole dell’ex ministro Carfagna la legalizzazione della prostituzione riguarda la tratta, e non le donne che lo fanno per libera scelta. “Di certo si dovrebbe affrontare il problema della libera scelta ma abbandonandole a se stesse non si risolve il problema neanche delle escort che alla stessa categoria appartengono e con cui il Governo ha già preso confidenza”, dichiara il Presidente di Primoconsumo, “Magari se il mondo politico iniziasse a coinvolgere anche le categorie sociali interessate per capire le reali problematiche, uscendo dai palazzi e dalle auto blindate, per immergersi nella quotidianità di chi vive sulla propria pelle le infinite difficoltà di sbarcare il lunario senza poter contare sui facili e lauti guadagni offerti loro, allora si potrebbe iniziare un nuovo percorso verso un futuro leggermente migliore”.
L’emendamento alla finanziaria 2010 del senatore Lucio Malan si affiancava alla proposta di legge della senatrice radicale Donatella Poretti, finalizzato a legalizzare e soprattutto regolarizzare in termini economici l’attività meretricia, che, sulla base della proposta, avrebbe potuto essere svolta in forma autonoma, dipendente o associata, mirando a un gettito fiscale di un miliardo e mezzo di euro l’anno per un giro d`affari di 7 miliardi.
Dai calcoli, approssimati per difetto e relativi alla situazione del 2010, proposti ancora dalla Poretti si evidenziavano numeri da brivido, 70 mila prostitute presenti nel nostro Paese (50% straniere, 20% minorenni) per 9 milioni di clienti, costo medio per prestazione 30 euro, un giro d’affari di 90 milioni di euro al mese, oltre un miliardo l’anno. Levando a questo miliardo minorenni e straniere irregolari si arriverebbe alla cifra di 300 milioni di euro annui per un totale di aliquota al 26% di 80 milioni annui…
