VENETO BANCA. PRIMOCONSUMO: I RISPARMIATORI HANNO TEMPO SINO AL 11.12.2017 PER COSTITUIRSI PARTE CIVILE NEL PROCESSO.
C’è tempo sino al 11.12.2017.
I reati contestati agli 11 indagati, sono, a vario titolo, quelli di ostacolo all’esercizio delle funzioni delle Autorità pubbliche di vigilanza e di aggiotaggio.
Oggetto di “forzatura” sono stati i “dati inviati periodicamente a Banca d’Italia che hanno interessato l’ammontare del patrimonio di vigilanza in relazione alla qualità dei portafoglio crediti, alla stima del sovraprezzo delle azioni, nonché del superamento degli stress test imposti dalla vigilanza europea”.
Attraverso la diffusione di notizie non vere, o non completamente vere, si è inciso notevolmente sull’ affidamento che il pubblico riponeva nella struttura bancaria. Alterazione di dati che si riflettevano in un aumento, nominale del valore dei titoli, che però anche questo non rispondeva alla realtà.
Tutto questo ha avuto conseguenze devastanti per i risparmitori
Già prima ancora dell’ispezione BCE, l’Avv. Marco Polizzi, Presidente di Primoconsumo aveva segnalato anomalie procedurali da parte di Banca Popolare di Vicenza alle istituzioni comprese Prefettura ed ABF ed il Dipartimento Servizi Finanziari dell’Associazione con l’Avv. Ersilia Urbano aveva espresso perplessità.
Veneto Banca e Banca Popolare di Vicenza sono un orrore ed un disastro per migliaia di famiglie consumatori e piccoli risparmiatori che si poteva e doveva evitare in un paese civile. Stiamo parlando di migliaia di persone.
E’ per questo che è necessario costituirsi parte civile in questo processo.
Primoconsumo ha organizzato l’azione per chiedere i risarcimenti. Per ogni informazione come per la documentazione necessaria i risparmiatori che lo desiderano potranno inviare una richiesta alla e-mail dell’Associazione info@primoconsumo.it e saranno ricontattati.
L’indicazione di Bankitalia, Consob e Veneto Banca S.p.A. come persone offese già nella richiesta di rinvio a giudizio avanzata dalla Procura di Roma non soddisfa Primoconsumo.
Riteniamo infatti che chi doveva controllare – Banca D’Italia e Consob – non ha controllato e chi doveva tutelare il risparmio non lo ha fatto.
A queste responsabilità si aggiungono le responsabilità personali di chi ha mal gestito, ammesso e non concesso che si tratti di persone diverse e di responsabilità diverse in un sistema che lascia serie perplessità.
Basti considerare gli incarichi professionali in Veneto Banca oggi in liquidazione coatta amministrativa per decreto governativo.
Aspettiamo giustizia da questo processo e ci costituiremo parte civile con l’Avv. Giuseppina Massaiu perdimostrare che è stata determinata artatamente un’alterazione del prezzo delle azioni della banca che ha inciso in modo significativo sull’affidamento che i risparmiatori riponevano nella stabilità patrimoniale dell’Istituto con la conseguenza che essi hanno diritto al risarcimento dei danni patrimoniali e non.
Il Tribunale di Roma ha già fissato 5 udienze, oltre quella dell 11 dicembre durante le quali tutte le parti avranno la possibilità di discutere. Naturalmente si capirà anche se qualche imputato, invece che andare a dibattimento deciderà di accedere ad un rito alternativo. E’ importante che i risparmiatori che ancora non si sono attivati per la costituzione di parte civile nel processo diano incarico in questo senso. C’è tempo sino al 11.12.2017.
